No, we are an online firm only. We believe in keeping our prices as low as possible and we can only do that by keeping costs to the minimum.

Here at Only Oak Furniture we check our prices daily to ensure you’re getting the best possible deal. If by chance you find it cheaper elsewhere, please give us a call and we will endeavour to match that price for you.
You will receive your order confirmation straight away. Be sure to check you Junk or Spam boxes for this email. Unless your item is out of stock you will not hear from us again. Your next contact will be from the delivery company. Normally within 15-20 working days.
Within 5-20 working days. Once your item is ready for delivery our delivery company will aim to text you 2 to 3 days beforehand with a date and estimated time of delivery, (a 3-hour window is given). You will then get a call 30 minutes before to make sure you are ready to take delivery. A large proportion of all our items are delivered within 10-20 working days.
We will always contact you if this is the case. We will of course, give you our best estimate of when stock is arriving, but we can never guarantee these dates as logistically things can improve or can extend depending on many factors. However, our estimates are normally on the cautious side.
We will always tell you the truth about your chosen item! If we cannot deliver within your time frame we will tell you. If it is out of stock, we will tell you. If you have any questions, we will answer them honestly. Why? Because we are a family business that puts customers first above anything else. We would rather lose a sale than string someone along with false promises.
Some of our products have “live feeds” from our suppliers. “Pre-Order” means the item is currently out of stock but is in shipping to the UK. Worst case scenario is 8-10 weeks. Unfortunately our suppliers do not change back orders until it is in stock. If you are happy to wait fine, if not contact us and we will see if we can get an expected date for you.
“Garden” Furniture is different, Our Royalcraft range is manually updated and “Pre-Orders” are generally no longer than 6-8 weeks before they are due in, otherwise we put this down as “Out of Stock” Once our back orders are down to 14 days we put the items down as “In Stock” as we can deliver within our 20 working day timescale. Regardless if an item is out of stock or on Pre-order, we will be happy to to take a message to ask us if an item is going to be available in the future. It might take us a little time to get back to you but I promise we will!
Update 2/2/2021. Currently there is a world shortage of container availability which is causing extensive delays. Items on backorder are currently expected to take from 6 weeks up to 12 weeks to arrive. However, we are getting short notice deliveries which could mean a reduced lead time. All orders placed for Pre-Order items will receive a call to ensure that you are happy to wait up to 12 weeks from placing an order. Stock availability is changing constantly so even if you item is not a backorder product you may still receive a call. Please respect our staff during these calls, they will do everything possible to keep you up to date with your order.
